OFFSHORE SERVICES
INSPECTION, REPAIR & MAINTENANCE (IRM) SUPPORT
Advanced Inspection services for subsea assets for Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas (FPSOs, jackets, foundations, submarine cables and pipelines, cable protection systems, boat landing structures, etc.):
- Accurate Visual Inspection (CVI), General Visual Inspection (GVI), Digital Imaging, Non-Destructive Testing:
- 3D Imaging: image or video recording and condition scanning with subsequent data analysis (comprehensive inspection services with 3D modeling or digital twin solutions).
- NDT: corrosion mapping, wall thickness measurements and weld quality inspection using advanced subsea NDT techniques: Ultrasonic Testing (UT), PEC, ACFM, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Linear Ultrasonic Testing.
- NDT: Cathodic Protection measurements/reading CP + ICCP. I.e. the voltage of the system to ensure that the anodes still protect the asset from corrosion.
- NDT: Flooded Member Detection (FMD) (ultrasonic).
- Taking samples of soil and subsea objects and having them analyzed for Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion, MIC, in one of the specialized laboratories around the world.
- Marine Growth Management: 3D Imaging, Inspection, Thickness Measurement, and Cleaning.
- Seabed surveys, including Seabed Clearance Certification, debris survey and retrieval, detailed scour inspections around objects such as (mono)piles, jackets, pipelines and cables.
- Installation support of anti-erosion systems: mattresses, sandbags and grout bags.
- Preventive maintenance and on-site repair where possible or necessary.
INDUSTRY & PORT SERVICES
Underwater visual, video and photo inspection of ports and industries that validates integrity and corrosion condition, and non-destructive testing, including cathodic protection measurements, ultrasonic metal wall thickness measurements, wood and cement integrity testing, environmental monitoring, sampling and analysis of microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC).
- INFRASTRUCTURE: Inspections of quay walls, sheet piling, mooring posts, bridge pillars, dry docks and other structures.
- INDUSTRY: Industry inspections such as factories and power plants, including cooling water inlets, pipes and valves, water tanks and basins.
- WATERWORKS: Inspections of locks, dikes, flood defences, pumping stations, culverts, treatment plants and other water management installations.
- NDT: Non-Destructive Testing such as metal wall thickness measurements, CP anode testing, cement and wood integrity testing.
- SURVEY: Surveying and bathymetric mapping of the bottom of ports

USV SERVICES
DroneQ Robotics uses USVs(Uncrewed Surface Vessel) to carry out detailed underwater surveys and inspections of canals, lakes, canals, rivers, ports, coastal waters and offshore. The USVs are equipped with ultra-high-resolution sonar systems for detailed underwater research and inspections. Studies range from the structure of the port bed, cooling water channels of factories, quays, dikes, locks, seabed, pipelines and cables. The USVs are equipped with accurate surveying-grade positioning and navigation systems, with a sonar system capable of autonomously tracking an exposed cable or pipeline.
- 3D soil mapping: advanced sonar technology and software for generating 3D mapping.
- Bathymetric survey: hydrographic research that maps the depths and shapes of underwater terrain.
- Security: critical infrastructure of ports, coast and offshore
- Freight: high priority, high value freight
MARITIME SALVAGE SUPPORT
More than 2 decades of experience in Maritime Salvage & Disaster Response makes the use of ROVs a valuable addition to this specialist industry. ROVs provide a safe complement to salvage diving operations and can deliver high data quality. DroneQ Robotics owns small transportable ROVs for Fast Response use for inspection, wall thickness measurements or soil surveys, or Light Work Class ROVs for heavier underwater work during salvages. ROVs can provide important information to support decisions for successful salvage, and can assist divers in making their operations underwater safer and easier.
